Southern Electric Contempt for Customers

    I received the letter on the right from Southern Electric.
    It demonstrates and unbelievable contemp for their customers who TOLD THEM that they didn't want marketing material. - Read the body of the letter.
    This is a MARKETING DOCUMENT that requires customers to Reaffirm that they DONT want to receive marketing material by returning the slip at the bottom of the MARKETING DOCUMENT.
    I have asked Southern Electric to assume that their customers have not changed their minds and send an alternative letter to all those that received this letter asking them to return the slip if they now WANT to recieve marketing info.
    I know this means that people will receive unsolicited marketing material but I cant think of any other way to ensure that Southern Electric suffer some consequence for their actions - Any comment gratefully recieved
